COM for the 'ribbon' score board came up was able to view it, unbeleivable , but when i clicked the tools button again, and the compat. Some time ago when i got the printer and hooked it all up, things were OK. There is another person who uses an older WXP version and uses the printer occassionaly, but i am the primary person.
