Why is batman begins pg 13

Although the seven media keys aren't blatantly spoken of in this review, if one looks for them, they are easy to find. Adult Written by TinyTonya September 28, Good for kids 10 and up This review Adult Written by Gage September 23, Not appropriate for small children The whole movie is based on drugs and violence.

Some fighting scenes are gory and not appropriate for younger audiences. Adult Written by AllAges August 14, Excellent film. The best of the Nolan trilogy! Adult Written by Deadpool 99 August 5, Dark and violent batman movie Brilliant movie some scenes younger kids may find scary and violence. Incredible Start to the Trilogy I just have to put this out there. Christian Bale is the best Batman.

His performance is arguably unmatched, and fortunately, that is only one of the things that make this movie great. The effects are incredible, the suit is slick, and the dark theme is also welcome, as is the more realistic take on Gotham. Pretty much everything about this movie is incredible. Although, I regret that I can't say I have read the comics, but the origin of Batman in this movie seems pretty well thought out and thorough.

Overall, I would very highly recommend this movie! Adult Written by jcmcdowell January 27, Dark, but impressive! This is one of my favorite DC movies! I love how we see how Bruce Wayne originally became Batman in this movie. One thing that frightened me at first that you should be aware of for your kids if they are under 14 is the parts with Scarecrow and his fear gas.

Those are well-made parts of the movie, but they are terrifying for young kids. But at the same time, even with all of the strong violence in the movie, there are some very positive things to absorb from the film.

So we can learn to pick ourselves up. Adult Written by SuperiorEvan September 3, Adult Written by Nathan R. January 20, Parent of a 10, 12, and year-old Written by Hendo H. Adult Written by George Robson March 1, Batman begins This film is actually non-violent movie. There is some mild horror and the end including maggots coming out of someone's mouth and the main villain could be scary. Really it's harmfull but 10 year old probably won't be interested anyway. People hallucinate and see Batman, with red glowing eyes and mouth, flying above. A man sprays a hallucinogenic mist into a room, and another man screams and appears to be terrified.

A woman is sprayed with a hallucinogenic mist, she screams and we hear that she was doused with a concentrated dose. During one exchange, one man is cut on the arm we see blood on his skin , one man slashes two other men on the arm, and one man is held with a sword to his throat while another is held with a sword to the back of his neck. Two men hold a man, another punches him in the face we see blood on his mouth , and they throw him into a street.

Two men fight with swords: a man stands on pillars and is swatted by other men standing around him, and he tries to avoid the strikes without falling off. A man holds a weapon it's not clear what it is to another man's neck: the threatened man chases him with a gun, the man runs along a rooftop, jumps, slips down drain pipes and slams into a wall.

A woman slaps a man in the face twice, and a man is punched twice. A woman tasers a man on a horse who's threatening her, and a woman is threatened by two men on a dark subway platform and she draws a taser and shoots it at someone else lurking in the shadows. A man is thrown out of a moving truck and he falls on the roadway. A boy, and later a man, have nightmares about being swarmed by screeching bats.

A man lowers himself into a well, he walks through a dark cave, he finds a bat breeding ground, and he is swarmed by many screeching bats. Many bats swarm many police officers as they rush into a building with their guns drawn -- the bats crash through the windows.

One man opens a large box, and he is swarmed by bats causing him to fall to the floor it's not clear whether he's hallucinating or not. The introductory credits are accompanied by many swarming bats in a dark sky. Smart and entertaining, but also very violent. PG minutes. Rate movie. Watch or buy. Based on 63 reviews.
